Chili: Super Bowl or Three Bean Chili...

This Super Bowl Sunday add chicken or beef Dolores Chili Brick to your simple recipes to spice things up, or make some of our favorite, quick Dolores Chili recipes.


Super Bowl Recipes
Super Bowl of Chili
You can prepare either chicken or beef Chili Brick and include shredded cheddar and green or white onions to top it off.
Thaw a 20-ounce beef or chicken Chili Brick
Place the chili in a medium saucepan. Add water or broth.
Heat for 7-10 minutes and serve in a bowl.

Chili Cheese Nachos
Prepare a crock-pot with Ortega, El Mexicano, or any brand sold at Smart&Final or Sam’s, nacho cheese.
In a medium to large saucepan prepare a beef Chili Brick to pour over a plate of nachos.

Chili Cheese Fries
In the oven prepare your favorite cut of Ore-Ida or any brand frozen fries.
In a saucepan prepare an all-beef or chicken Chili Brick.
Serve the fries topped with Dolores Chili Brick, shredded cheese and a teaspoon of sour cream.

Three Bean Chili w/ Jalapeno
In a medium saucepan, prepare Dolores Chili Brick, add beef or chicken stock instead of water.
Strain off excess grease.
Add diced tomato, pinto beans and jalapeno.
Bring back to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
